With over 40 years of experience in software engineering — 20 of those dedicated to DevOps — James has built a career at the intersection of innovation, automation, and reliability. His journey has taken him from hands-on development roles to senior management positions across a diverse range of industries, including Defence, Avionics, Telecommunications, Crypto, and Banking. James has lived and worked in the UK, Spain, India, USA, China, Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam, bringing a unique blend of deep technical expertise and hard-won strategic leadership.
Sarah Chen
Sarah leads Product and Customer Success at Insights, ensuring that what we build actually solves the problems our customers face — not just the ones that look good on a roadmap. With a background spanning fintech product management and enterprise software across Singapore and Hong Kong, she has spent 15 years translating complex technical capability into outcomes that make sense to the people who need them most. Sarah is the reason Insights is as intuitive as it is powerful.
Paul Webb
Paul is the engineering backbone of Insights — the person who turns ambitious ideas into reliable, production-grade software. A cloud-native specialist based in Edinburgh, he has spent over a decade building and operating platforms at scale across financial services, telecoms, and SaaS. Paul designed the plugin architecture that makes Insights so extensible, and his obsession with reliability is the reason our customers rarely have anything to worry about.
